At MountainAbout we want you to enjoy our products for life. All of our gear is warranted against manufacturer defects for the life of the product. If you are not satisfied with one of our products for any reason return it to us for a refund. We want you to know that we stand behind our gear and if you don't like the fit, the color or even the package it came in return it to us in clean, like new condition and we will cheerfully refund the purchase price. However, we build our gear to be light so it cannot be expected to hold up to the same kinds of abuse as conventional gear. Damages due to normal wear and tear, nasty tumbles down a mountain side and large angry momma bears will be repaired at a reasonable fee. If you have a really cool story to go with the damage we just might cut you a good deal on the repair.
